Something bitter

Put in few slices of pig bones
Add in sliced bitter gourds
Add in a small clove of garlic
Two small bowls of water
Boil for 20-25 minutes and serve with bits of salt to taste.

This is a very easy to prepare soup and also  very healthy for our bodies.


(Pig bones can be alternatively be replaced by anchovies.)
